DFNCE was founded by two senior operators with 20 years each across global enterprise IT. Before DFNCE, they built and ran managed services, infrastructure, and security programs for CSL, Shell, BP, Nokia, UBS and DHL, across Australia, APAC, Europe, and the Americas. DFNCE was built because there was no partner who could orchestrate the whole environment, reduce fragmentation, and own the entire stack. Most operators manage one slice. Nobody owns the outcome end to end.

20 years in enterprise IT across Australia, APAC, Europe, and the Americas. At a global MSP he won and ran managed services, infrastructure, and security programs for Shell, BP, Phillips, UBS, and CSL, building the commercial and delivery teams that made them stick. That experience is the commercial backbone of DFNCE.
